Score big.
Score as a team.
Here at Sofascore, we are not just regular sports lovers.
We connect people with a passion for sports and technology.
We don't run for trophies. We run to be the best on the terrain.
We don't run from tough decisions. We make them.
We play on the global playground but cherish the life outside the field.
So yes. We want a team player. A restless innovator. A creative mind that will not obey the rules but create new ones.
Do you want to score big? Let's score as a team!
Our mindset, our guiding principles, our values
Play to win
We always keep our eyes on the target. Sure, we enjoy the game. But without visualising a tangible goal ahead, chances are, we are not going to meet it. That is why we are focused on constant improvements on the way. Whether through teaching and learning sessions, proactive approach of individuals, more testing, research, or learning from our own mistakes. We rarely give up, and we trust the process. Because for us, to have a growth mindset is to never stop moving. And so we move. And we win. Sooner or later.
Throw some curveballs
Connecting passion, sports, and the newest technology requires some innovative, out-of-the-box thinking (and doing). We know that the value of data is greater than the sum of its parts. So we always search for the different angle that connects the right dots and gives us and our users a unique perspective. In that process, we do many things for the first time. And that's exciting! We are explorers and we want explorers, people who are willing to go to new places and are open to testing, designing, coding. and learning on the way.
Always have someone in your corner
There is no score without assistance, and there are no world champions without best trainer support. We show up for each other. We cover each other's weak spots and rely on strong ones, whether it's about a complex new project we are developing or organising beers after work. We value healthy competition, but we don't miss a chance to help first. We also respect other people's time and effort. And when we get a job done, not in the world are we missing a chance to celebrate. We love the work, and we love the play. It's how every individual grows, and it's how we all grow.
Take a breather
The average person will spend over 90,000 hours of their life at work. Terrifying? Not really. If those hours are filled with meaning and fun. We care about building meaningful relationships with others that go beyond working hours. However, we respect the boundaries. Fulfilled private lives mean happy colleagues. To stay sharp, we seek balance. Breath in and breath out can do wonders. That is why halftimes and low season are just as important to us. When we play hard, we rest harder.
