Data controller and owner
Please do keep in mind that we aren't in control of the data our partner websites (e.g. Google, Bamboo, LinkedIn, Meta) collect and share. Links to some of our social media channels will also be available on the website: LinkedIn, Joberty, YouTube, Instagram. While we are committed to guarding your privacy and safety in every way possible, if you're leaving https://corporate.sofascore.com/ by clicking on a plug-in or a link you find on our site, personal data they collect is out of our hands. We strongly recommend you to read the privacy policies of those sites first.
Types of Data collected
What do we collect?
At no point do we collect personal or sensitive personal data that could lead to a person being positively identified. Also, we never collect the data about race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, genetic or biometric data, health or mortality, sex life or sexual orientation, unless we are legally required by the court of law to do it.
Mode and place of processing the Data
How do we collect?
Method of processing
We process the data of our users in the proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the data.
The data processing itself is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors.
What is important is that the updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time, so you will always know who is in charge.
Place of processing
The data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
We keep the data for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document. You can always, at any time, and for any reason, request the Data Controller for the suspension or removal of your data.
The use of the collected Data
Why do we collect?
The data concerning the user is collected to allow us to provide our services, as well as for the following purposes: contacting the user and displaying content from external platforms.
Contacting the user
Mailing List or Newsletter
Personal Data collected in this case is your email address.
By registering to the mailing list or to the newsletter, the user's email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages. On the Academy page, we use the email address to send the newsletter to let you know that applications for the new season of the Academy are open. If you leave an email address, the HR team could possibly send you an email (through Gmail) with the relevant information. On the Advertising page, we use the email address so that our Sales team could send you the newsletter containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning our product. We use a service for automated sending of electronic mail (newsletter) - Mailchimp, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
Therefore, in both cases, you receive the newsletter voluntarily, by giving consent. At any time, you can simply unsubscribe from our newsletter list by selecting the option at the bottom of each newsletter, after which we will no longer send you the newsletter.
We will keep your data for up to 30 days after unsubscribing, as proof of unsubscribing to make sure we don't send you unwanted content.
Displaying content from external platforms
For the purpose of making inquiries or initiating cooperation with us, users may contact several of our departments via the contact form. For each department, a form to fill in will be displayed, which in some cases will be adapted to the needs of the user. There are 4 different forms based on the type of information they seek (F1/2/3/4).
Inquiries sent through the contact form will be sent to the department's official emails:
[email protected] (F1)
[email protected] (F1)
[email protected] (F2)
[email protected] (F3)
- Product management
[email protected] (F1)
- Customer support
[email protected] (F4)
Below is all the information (depending on the specific contact form) we request from the user in case he/she wants to contact us:
Name and surname,
Upload accompanying documentation (e.g. in the case of sending an open application, sending a presentation, etc.),
Upload photos (e.g. upload screenshots from our application if they report a problem to the Customer Support team),
Upload links (e.g. personal profiles on LinkedIn or Instagram, TikTok if it is an influencer who is interested in cooperating with our B2B team),
The name of the brand they represent,
On which of our platforms do they want to rent ad space (web or app),
How long would their ad campaigns last,
What type of cooperation with us are they interested in (media partnerships, influencers or sports partnerships).
We process personal data only for the purpose specified by the user when filling out the contact form, and we keep the data for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document (for example, to respond to inquiries or fulfill contractual obligations). Specifically, we process data given in the F1 form to the HR department for 2 years, considering the state of the market in terms of job availability.
Youtube video (Google)
These services allow you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of our products and interact with them. If a service of this kind is installed, it may still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when users do not use it. Youtube is a video content visualization service provided by Google Inc. that allows us to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.
Transfer of personal data outside the EU
We do not intend to purposefully transfer your personal data to a third country (a non-EU country) or an international organization, however some of our partners, such as the other recipients of personal data mentioned above, may be based in non-EU countries or store data on servers outside the EU. In such cases, there may be a "transfer of your data to third countries (to a non-EU country)" within the meaning of the GDPR, including to countries for which the European Commission has not yet decided on adequate protection identical to EU law. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal data is processed and protected both in accordance with our standard data protection policies, but also through the appropriate safeguards set out in Article 46 of the GDPR and available, for example, here.
Additional information about Data collection and processing
As we already mentioned, your data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of our products or the related services.
System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, we may sometimes collect files that record your interaction with our products (so called System Logs) or use for this purpose other personal data (such as IP Address). That data won't be stored permanently and won't be available to sell or rent to anyone.
When it comes to having access to your personal data, you have the biggest rights. By submitting a user access request, we will provide you the following information free of charge:
What personal information pertaining to you is being processed
Why this information is being processed
Who has access to this personal information about you
How this personal information is being used in automated decisions
What processes are using this information
A user access request should be completed within 30 days and include a copy of the personal information, so we can be sure it's you asking, and not some impersonator.
Keep in mind our products do not support “do not track” requests. To understand if any of the third party services we use honor the “do not track” requests, please read their privacy policies.
Also, under certain circumstances, you have rights under GDPR in relation to your personal data, including the right to:
request access to your personal data,
request correction of your personal data,
request erasure of your personal data,
object to processing of your personal data,
request restriction of processing your personal data,
request transfer of your personal data,
object (where our lawful basis for processing your personal data is based on our legitimate interests), and
complain to the regulator (if you are unhappy with our response to your query) by visiting https://azop.hr/.
More details concerning the collection or processing of personal data may be requested from the Data Controller at any time at its contact information (see above).

The cookies we use?
This site uses different types of cookies. To give you a great experience on this website, we provide functionality to adjust your preferences for how the site works when you use it. In order to remember your preferences, we need to set cookies so that this information can be recalled whenever an interaction with a page affects your preferences.

They help us find out which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors navigate the site. All information collected by these cookies is accumulated and therefore remains anonymous.
